Our story...

Pike & Tombleson is an experienced strata management consultancy firm established to redefine the standard and type of service being offered by the industry.  With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Managing Directors Kristie Pike and Chloe Tombleson founded the firm after seeing a need for specialist expertise and a more personal style of communication in the more complex areas of strata management.  The ever-changing legislative landscape and increase in the development and construction of large, multi-ownership, mixed-use schemes across NSW has increased the challenges faced by owners over the past decade.  Our driving motivation is to understand the unique needs of each building and assist the owners in adeptly navigating these challenges to enhance the value of and futureproof their biggest asset.  In short, we are motivated to support innovative community living.

In addition to our extensive experience across all facets of financial management, asset management, governance, and sustainability, we are particularly passionate about the best practice establishment and management of new schemes.  We take an innovative and collaborative approach to the management of the building defects process from day one, involving direct communication with all stakeholders to provide timely, commercially viable and best practice outcomes.

Recognising that tomorrow’s problem will not be solved with yesterday’s solution, we unashamedly believe that our unique approach to the management of the more complex issues faced by owners and our ability to bring the solution to the table is what sets us apart.
